Apple Watch to be shower proof says reports!

Apple Watch to be shower proof says reports!

Apple is all set for the launch of the Apple Watch this April. The CEO, Tim Cook in an address to an employee at the Apple Store would have some extra information about the new Apple Wear just before the launch.

Tim gave a tentative time frame for the approx time for that the Apple Wear to reach Europe. He also analyzed about what would the Apple Watch would offer to the users at the time of the launch.

As people know that the upcoming Apple Watch would be water resistant, the CEO of the Apple company, Tim Cook said that it would be shower proof as well. Few reports by the iGen Tim said that he would always wear the Apple Watch even at the shower time.

Tim Cook even said that he would put the Apple Watch on the charge every night, by this statement we could say that the the expected battery life of the Watch.

Few reports even added that the Apple Watch would be about $350 which would be roughly about Rs 21,700. It should not be a problem because, an Apple device user would install 100 Apps and if we calculate in that way, the customers would have 100 devices for just $350. Which would come up to $3.50 which would be roughly around Rs. 217 per device.

Apple takes over the Camel Audio, a Music Software maker!

Apple takes over the Camel Audio, a Music Software maker!

Few reports claim that the Apple company took over the Camel Audio, which is popular and famous music software developers. These reports are as of the official documents which are regarding to the Camel Audio’s registry.

Their is a pdf file as from the Macrumors on the company’s website which is registered at the Companies HouseShows which is the new address for the Camel Audio as 100 New Bridge Street. This address is the Apple company’s London office address.

In more to this, Heather Joy Morrison who is the company’s Director, it is the name of the iTunes Senior Counsel in the Europe. But neither the Camel Audio nor the Apple company have confirmed these reports.

But the Camel Audio company gave out few hints at the buyout by the unknown firm in the previous month at the time when it did stoped the purchases of the software without any notice on the website.

It is to be said that, the Camel Studio is famous for the Alchemy software, which has the  plug ins, effect, virtual synthesisers and more for creation of the music. But now, this website would now direct to the support page when clicked to it.

For Apple the recent news that it made the headline is that the Apple company is trying its hands out for the electric car. Reports said that the company is working towards an electric self driving car.

Apple to have the Public Beta version testing programs for the iOS 8.3

Previously the Apple company tried its hands on a feed back program which was for the non developers. The non developers who were specially public users on the OS X Yosemite operating system previously before it was released.

As it did before, the Apple company would try out the testing of the beta version in the same way for the iOS 8.3 from the non developers. The Apple is in a plan to launch the new iOS 9 by the end of this year, these are rumors though!

The Apple company want to release the iOS 8.3 which is up coming as the public beta by the Apple’s existing Appleseed program which is going to be in the mid of March. But few sources say that the this release date would match up to the iOS 8.3 beta developments that was planned for the launch for the same week.

The iOS 8.2 which is still in developer testing as the Apple company prepares for the April launch which would be the Apple Watch. And the Apple also started to seed the iOS 8.3 to its developers.

In September, the Swatch company told that it was happy to get it along with the launch with the next year of the watches which would come with smart features to compete with all the wearable watches from big companies.

This market which is worth $93 billion which would be roughly around Rs. 5,75,625 cores. This company denied all the rumors that it will get along with Apple for this watch.

The company said that it would see this as the opportunity but not as a threat and it would launch its new Swatch this coming summer.

Apple to spend $1.9 billion on new European data centers

(Reuters) - Apple Inc said it would spend 1.7 billion euros ($1.9 billion) to build two data centers in Europe that would be entirely powered by renewable energy and create hundreds of jobs.

The company said the centers, in Ireland and Denmark, will power Apple's online services, including the iTunes Store, App Store, iMessage, Maps and Siri for customers across Europe.

The investment is set to be evenly divided between the two countries, with the Irish government confirming that 850 million euros would be spent in Ireland. The two data centers are expected to begin operations in 2017.

"This significant new investment represents Apple's biggest project in Europe to date," Apple CEO Tim Cook said in a statement.

"We’re thrilled to be expanding our operations, creating hundreds of local jobs and introducing some of our most advanced green building designs yet," he added.

The data center in Ireland will be located in Athenry, close to Galway on the west coast while in Denmark, it will be in Viborg, western Denmark.

In a sign of how important Apple's investment in Denmark was, the country's trade and development minister issued a statement mirroring that of the iPhone maker's, adding the two data centers would be among the largest in the world.

Ireland's government also reacted to the announcement, saying 300 jobs would be added in the county of Galway during the multiple phases of the project, a boost as it seeks to cut the unemployment rate below 10 percent this year.

"As the Government works to secure recovery and see it spread to every part of the country, today's announcement is another extremely positive step in the right direction,” Irish Prime Minister Enda Kenny said in a statement.

iPhone 5S is Still The Best Apple Smartphone In The Market

It was too easy for people to forget how awesome the iPhone 5s actually is, and obviously, the flashy release of the iPhone 6 and 6 plus is to blame.

As soon as Apple released the newer models late last year, consumers were quick to jump on the bandwagon, just as many of them do every time the company churns out newer editions of — quite frankly — basically the same phone every few months or so. However, for those who still haven’t made the crucial decision of upgrading to the newer iPhone, here is something important to consider: you still might want to hold on to your beloved 5s until the 7 comes out in a few months time.

Don’t let the allure of a bigger screen tempt you into shelling out a thousand bucks for the new iPhone. In many ways, the iPhone 5s still remains to be the superior Apple smartphone. Out of these many advantages, one simple, non-technical edge the 5s has over the 6 and the 6 plus is perhaps the most important of them all.

The single feature that makes the iPhone 5s a better phone than the two newer iPhones is, ironically, its smaller size. The iPhone 5s’ 5- by 2.5-inch dimensions make it an actual, mobile phone in the classic sense. It isn’t a pretentious hybrid of a tablet and a phone. It’s just a mobile phone, plain and simple, and that is what’s awesome about it.

iPhone 5s’ smaller size makes it incredibly convenient for users to carry, make phone calls, and tuck in pockets. Consumers have sadly forgotten that the main point of a mobile phone is to be able to call and text, and to be able to surf the internet with ease. With the iPhone 6 and 6 plus, these essential purposes aren’t as easily accomplishable.

Fans of the newer iPhones insist that you can easily get used to these inconveniences over time. They say you would hardly notice the annoyances — having to stretch out your thumb to Timbuktu just so you could reach the letter A, the bulky aluminum in your pocket, and the constant worry of it slipping off your teeny, tiny hands when you’re texting on the street — in just a week’s time. Of course, if you just poured out a thousand dollars to have the newest iPhone, you’d have to force yourself to get over these hassles.

Why pass through all these inconveniences if you can essentially accomplish almost everything the 6 can do on the 5s? Despite slight technical upgrades, which even to a Gizmodo contributor and iPhone aficionado is almost indistinguishable. The iPhone 5s can definitely do most things the newer ones can do — without all the physical hassles, to boot.

When purchasing any gadget, a consumer’s main priority must always be convenience. Gadgets exist to make our lives easier. We shouldn’t have to adjust to them; gadgets must adjust to us and our needs. When talking about convenience, iPhone 5s is clearly the champion over most phones in the market right now, especially against the newer, bulkier Apple smartphones.

Five Reasons It’s Worth Installing iPhone 5 iOS 8.1.3 Update

Five Reasons It’s Worth Installing iPhone 5 iOS 8.1.3 Update

The iPhone 5 iOS 8.1.3 update represents the device’s six iOS 8 update since September and after using the iOS 8.1.3 update for a little over three weeks, there are some reasons why I think you should at least consider installing it today.

Three weeks ago, Apple finally released its iOS 8.1.3 update. It was an update that I, and many others, had been looking forward to. I can’t speak for anyone else but I’ll fill you in on the reasons why I was so excited for Apple’s iOS 8.1.3 update for iPhone 5.

iOS 8.1, iOS 8.1.1 and to an extent, iOS 8.1.2, all ran poorly on my iPhone 5. Battery life was good, connectivity was fine, apps ran like apps should run. The problem was speed. The iPhone 5, a device that I bought on the day it came out, was running fine up until the arrival of iOS 8.1. iOS 8.1, for whatever reason, ruined performance. We’re talking worse than iOS 7.0. My problems are well-documented and I’ve talked to several iPhone 5 users who experienced the same thing.

When iOS 8.1.3 arrived I was (naturally) giddy. I had extremely high hopes for an update that had been rumored since December. I don’t think I’ve ever downloaded an iOS update that fast before. Kind of pathetic, I know.

Its now been three weeks since I got the iOS 8.1.3 update on board the iPhone 5. I’ve been using the phone as much as possible over the last 21 days or so. After 21 days, I’ve grown to love iOS 8.1.3 for the iPhone 5. So much that I think for most of you, it’s an update that’s worth an install right now. Obviously, I can’t force you to do anything you don’t want to do but I can attempt to persuade you.

Here are five reasons why I think the iOS 8.1.3 update is worth installing on the iPhone 5.

iOS 8.1.3 Battery Life
If you aren’t on iOS 8.1.3 yet and you are running into battery life issues, I suggest making the move up to iOS 8.1.3. I haven’t run into any problems, in fact, I’ve noticed some small improvements especially when the device is in standby mode.

I’ve never experienced iPhone 5 battery life problems but I know people that have. I’ve heard lots of good things about iOS 8.1.3 from these people and from people I don’t know. I’ve been searching around for feedback for three weeks now and while I’ve seen some iPhone 5 users complain about battery drain, most of the feedback I’ve seen (and received) has been positive.

iPhone-5-1

It’s also important to remember that iOS battery drain typically isn’t a product of the iOS update itself. Third-party apps are often to blame and so are user habits. Many of the people I’ve spoken to over the years about iPhone battery drain have horrible habits and high expectations. If you want great battery life, you have to be proactive. I’ve put together a list of tips for iOS 8.1.3 and I suggest taking a look at those if you’re curious or if you’re nervous about iOS 8.1.3.

iOS 8.1.3 Performance on iPhone 5

If you are on iOS 8.1.2 or below and you were running into the same sluggishness, the same random freezes, the same lag that I was with iOS 8.1.2, iOS 8.1.1 and iOS 8.1 on board, I suggest bumping up to iOS 8.1.3 to see if that solves your problems. iOS 8.1.3 on the iPhone 5 isn’t perfect but it’s a whole lot faster than Apple’s past three iOS 8 updates. My iPhone 5 is usable with iOS 8.1.3 on board.

iOS 8.1.3 Problems

I’ve run into a few sporadic problems with iOS 8 on the iPhone 5, namely, landscape issues and the occasional random reboot (memory leak). I haven’t seen any of these with iOS 8.1.3 on board. The ride over the past three weeks has been very smooth.

Typically, if an iOS update is plagued by a massive bug or two, those bugs make themselves known within a couple of weeks. We’re now three weeks out and I haven’t run into a single annoying problem. Not with Wi-Fi, not with Bluetooth, not with my apps, not with Apple’s features. It’s running perfectly fine.

So if you are noticing some oddities in iOS 8.1.2 or below, I think iOS 8.1.3 is worth the risk. I haven’t seen anything jump out at me and iOS 8.1.3 has the potential to fix issues. Even those that aren’t listed on the official change log.

Google Now is integrated with the Meru Cabs.

Google Now is integrated with the Meru Cabs.

This integration with the Google Now would let the Meru app send the remainders to the users about the pickup’s, alerts regarding to have a cab at their location and many more services and information through the Now cards which is in the Google app for Android users.

Rathin Lahiri, the Chief Marketing Officer of the Meru Cabs said while announcing the launch, “At the Meru Cabs, it was always our endeavor to constantly explore and even develope innovative technology solutions that would benefit our customers. With the Meru Cabs in coordination with the Google app, the customers can now tap to the seamless and excellent quality cab experience.”

Apple to make the Electric cars by 2020: Reports

Few reports claim that the Apple company is keen to get into the car manufacturing but with the electric car’s! Apple Inc is keen and wishes to get into the production of the electric car’s.

The company wants to start the production of the electric cars as early as 2020. The Bloomberg claims that the people with their knowledge on this issue would be as, kind of complicated and aggressive when it come to the target, as the Apple which is a mobile device maker to try its hands on the car manufacturing which would be a little expensive.

Bloomberg also reported that the Apple, the iPhone maker is in a process to push the ‘car team’ which is about 200 people just to meet the target that was created. It also claimed that the Apple company would decide to scrap the new car making effort or even delay this if all its executives go unhappy or unsatisfied with this process.

Apple to cut down few key health features for the First generation Apple Watch!

Apple to cut down few key health features for the First generation Apple Watch!

Few reports came in that the Apple company would be cutting down few health features that were planned earlier for the first generation Apple Watch because of the complexity that was in the making, which is due to be launched this April.

The Wall Street Journal reported that the Apple Watch of the final one would not include some much talked about features like heart activity, measuring the blood pleasure and also check the stress levels. Just because the first generation Apple Watches are complex and inconsistency which was found during testing them.

The report from the Wall Street Journal notes that the Apple Inc began the development of the smartwatches, it was for monitoring the Blood pressure, stress levels and the heart activity and other s, these are what people would be familiar with.

The reports added that the Apple company is planning to remove these features from the first generation smartwatches that are to ship this April, they may include these features in the later versions.

Motorola Company president says Apple charges outrageous prices

Technically Incorrect: In a response to a hardly veiled criticism of its phones by Apple's head of design Jony Ive, Motorola President Rick Osterloh suggests Apple's a bit of a gouger.
by Chris Matyszczyk

It doesn't matter whether it's houses or companies -- people love to talk about how much they're worth.

But there is only ever one true answer: whatever someone is prepared to pay for it.

This sometimes sad fact reminds me of its presence as I hear of criticism of Apple from Motorola President Rick Osterloh.

He was speaking to the BBC and happened to mention that he thought Apple charged "outrageous prices." It's unlikely that this was an entirely spontaneous remark.

In a New Yorker profile published earlier this week, Apple's head of design, Jony Ive, had mentioned one competitor (not by name, that wouldn't be British.). However, his words were: "Their value proposition was: 'Make it whatever you want. You can choose whatever color you want.'"

It didn't take too colorful a mind to leap to the idea that he was discussing MotoMaker. This is Motorola's attempt to allow customers to personalize their devices.

Ive described this notion, as kindly as he could. He called it "abdicating your responsibility as a designer."

Osterloh clearly doesn't think this cricket. He told the BBC: "Our belief is that the end user should be directly involved in the process of designing products."

I worry about this. I'm not sure I could offer much of a contribution toward the design of, say, my microwave. Still, Osterloh believes such accessibility will not only distinguish his brand, but be a fundamental part of its success in the long run.

Removing his emotional flick-knife from its sheath, he tossed it Ive's way: "We do see a real dichotomy in this marketplace, where you've got people like Apple making so much money and charging such outrageous prices. We think that's not the future."

He believes that a cell phone "shouldn't be an expensive luxury." His timing is, of course, exquisite as rumors swirl that Apple's most exalted type of watch -- the gloriously named Apple Watch Edition -- might, as Apple watcher John Gruber noted, generate $5 billion of revenue per quarter. Just from this one golden version.

There are caveats in this calculation, of course. But Apple has always had an aura of premium pride around its person. The one time when some felt it compromised a touch -- the "unashamedly plastic" iPhone 5C -- it wasn't perhaps its finest success.

It's easy to suggest Apple is a gouger. But if there are fools, it is always us. We're the ones who are prepared to pay. We're the ones who show off our phones by placing them on bars, just as surely as we'll show off our watches by wearing shorter sleeves. We seem to think the price we pay is worth it. We'll even line up in the freezing cold to be the first to buy one. (When I say "we," I mean of course "you.") Now that's outrageous.

There might come a time when, as with many products, we look at the Apple offering and decide it's a monstrous ripoff.

Why, we used to think newspapers were worth the money and now look at us. We used to think books were worth $30 and then we went up the Amazon. We used to think designer clothes were always worth fortunes until Mr. H and Mr. M offered us passable versions at a fraction of the price.

Apple might overplay its aces of taste, sophistication and simplicity. It may well be that a competitor will find a completely new approach and Apple will suddenly seem like one of those couture brands that has lost its haute.

It's incumbent on Motorola to forge ahead and prove that -- being like Nike, perhaps -- there is a market in mass customization.

There again, I look at what people do with their iPhones sometimes and I am forced to turn to drink. They pay a substantial, even outrageous sum for a very pretty phone and then they buy some bile-inducing pink and turquoise case to wrap it in.

Putting your faith in the taste of the people can be a tricky business.
